Chef Jon began working in the restaurant business about 35 years ago in an upscale restaurant in Southeast Nebraska. He continued cooking when he became a father and wanted healthy meals that his sons would eat and enjoy. In the last ten years, Jon decided to make his love of cooking official by attending culinary school at Escoffier in Boulder. Jon graduated in the top of his class and Chef Jon's Table was born. Chef Jon's Table began as a concept for Jon to work for himself doing what he loves - pleasing and surprising people with his wonderful food. Chef Jon first operated as a personal chef and caterer, and he is still available in these capacities today. Chef Jon's Table, the restaurant, survived the pandemic and received only 5-star reviews while its doors remained open.
